Booking privacy
Last updated 8 October 2026
This covers mgohar.com/book, the page for booking a call with me.
What you give me
Your name, your email address and, if you write one, a note. They're used for one thing: your request for a call. I get them by email, and the time is held on my Google Calendar while I decide. If I confirm, Google emails you the invitation and the Google Meet link.
Your details stay in that email and that calendar event, like any other meeting request. They aren't added to a mailing list, shared or sold. If I can't make the time, I remove the request from my calendar. To cancel a confirmed call, decline the invitation.
My calendars
To show you open times, the page checks when I'm busy on my own Google, iCloud and Outlook calendars. It uses only the times. Nothing about what my events are, or who they're with, is shown to you or kept.
Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Services involved
- Google Calendar and Google Meet hold the event, send the invitation and host the call, under Google's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare runs this page and delivers your request to me by email. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a program, is booking. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to the site without cookies. Cloudflare also keeps technical logs of requests to this page, such as which address was asked for and when, for a few days. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
